Do you love the classic architectural style of the old Hungarian country houses, perfectly adapted to the present day? Do you appreciate a lavender field and need a guest apartment in addition to plenty of space in the main house?

Then you should definitely read on and take a closer look at this extraordinary property: We were very impressed by the entire ensemble and the extremely tangible, positive energy of the house when we visited the property.

During the renovation, mainly natural, organic materials were used, modern built-in elements in the bathrooms and kitchen were chosen in a completely harmonious way and form a perfect symbiosis between old and new.

The property faces south-west and slopes slightly in the lower part of the lavender field.

From the rear terrace you can enjoy the great view of the neighboring hills at any time of the day and the incredible scent of lavender in summer is something you only really know from Provence.

Another successful aspect of the entire renovation:
From the outside, the house looks rather inconspicuous and ordinary. We like that very much because it makes it much easier to integrate into the country and with the friendly people.

About the rooms:

- The veranda leads to the hallway of the main house in the front area

- Then the traditional Hungarian country house style:

The first room you come to is the kitchen with modern built-in appliances

- to the right of this is the large living room with the impressive stove

- followed by the bedroom and

- behind it is another large room that is currently used as an office. A second bedroom in the main house could also be set up here

- To the left of the kitchen you come to the spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and a huge, open shower

- Next to it is the guest toilet with another shower

- Further back through the hallway you come to the utility room and then

- to your own workshop room / storage room and last but not least

- there is another room that is currently used as a massage room.

Here the main house separates from the adjoining guest wing, which can now be reached through another external door. An internal connection is technically possible at any time and easily if desired.

The guest wing consists of a large living room/bedroom with access to the lavender terrace and has integrated wall heating and air conditioning.

It is also easy to install a kitchenette here, the connections for this are available.

The guest wing also has a great bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet.

Smaller remaining renovation work will be completed before handover, e.g. the exterior painting and the guest apartment will also be painted light on the inside.
