The house consists of 2 parts, namely the old building in the front area, which can be used as a guest apartment. Here the attic could still be expanded and there is an internal connection to the new part of the property.

The old building is heated with gas convectors and consists of a large living room/bedroom with a kitchenette, a hallway and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The new building consists of the following rooms:

- a large covered terrace facing south

- a large living room with a tiled stove
- this also contains the fitted kitchen and
- the wide and comfortable staircase to the attic
- upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a distant view to the east
