Unique single-family house in the Örség 3-country national park, waiting for the lover of old farmhouses who appreciates such an ambience.

The U-shaped house is located on a spacious plot of approx. 1500 square meters. A drainage system with visible inspection shafts has been laid around the house. The rainwater is collected in a large cistern sunk into the ground.

A draw well, walnut trees, old and newly planted fruit trees enrich the property.

All installations of electricity, water and gas pipes are new. Great attention was paid to organic, breathable building materials that support a healthy living environment. Shielded electrical cables with separate earthing ensure additional safety and reduce electrosmog in the bedrooms.

The stone floor with sand filling was removed, freshly rolled and carefully insulated with perlite (volcanic material). 2 original rooms facing south and southwest, the southwest room was extended with an additional window to let in the beautiful evening atmosphere.
The newly built bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and a gas boiler for hot water and central heating, was kept small. The wall technology designed with Tadelakt and the wooden floor ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
The separate toilet with corner sink was refined with high-quality Marmorino technology.
The kitchen has been preserved in its original dimensions and is equipped with a gas stove, economy stove, seating and devices for a refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Above the dining area there is a delightful niche for favorite things.
From the kitchen you go into the spacious living room (approx. 28 sqm), which was newly built from brick and is located a little lower.

From the living room you can access the cozy covered terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the garden. The living room has its own fireplace with a stove for cozy evenings.

A beautiful, large, light-filled room is located above the new building with roof and gable windows.

The nearest town, Körmend, with a comprehensive infrastructure, can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.
