In the middle of the small, idyllic town and above the world-famous thermal baths of Héviz, this property is very conveniently and centrally located, but still quiet and within walking distance of the grocery store, the post office and a nice restaurant.

The town is surrounded by old forests that invite you to take a walk and is also strongly influenced by many renowned winegrowers; it still presents the original, cozy Hungary in the countryside and yet is not "out of the world".

The harmoniously overgrown property with many enchanted corners offers something for every taste and, despite the location, is wonderfully quiet and not visible. Here you can keep chickens, sheep, ducks, etc. (old stables are available), your dogs will love the area and an astonishing number of different fruit trees are just waiting for you!

It is a classic, old Hungarian farmhouse with a typical outbuilding and in recent years a huge amount of energy and money has been invested in the restoration, so that you can now move into a nest that is "almost" finished.

The roof is fine, there is no rising damp, the windows and all the electrics have been replaced, as have 2 completely new bathrooms. You can move into the front area straight away, only the extension (a guest apartment was planned here) still needs to be completed.
