This detached house, which is in excellent condition, is located on the outskirts of Cegléd in a quiet environment. The house has a net living area of 51 m2, but you also get a 36 m2 garage and a plot of about 0.5 hectares.

The house underwent a major renovation in 2015. It received a new electricity, water and sewage system and modern plastic windows. The roof was renovated in 2020, with the walls receiving 10 cm thermal insulation.
