The house is dry and the roof is fine, the neighbors are very nice and helpful, many speak German.

A crack in the hallway is noticeable, but the cause is known and it is not a statistical problem.

The windows need to be replaced, a bathroom needs to be completely renovated and of course a solution needs to be found for heating.
