Hosszúpereszteg is a Hungarian municipality in Sárvár County in Vas County in Western Transdanubia. It is located 18.5 kilometers southeast of the county seat of Sárvár, on the Kodó-patak River. The border with Austria runs 40 kilometers to the west.
