Right WE: entrance door, small hallway with boiler. From there to the right, separated by a door into a 35m2 living room with kitchen. There is a spiral staircase to the 1st floor to the bedroom and bathroom with corner bath and toilet.

Above the left WE there is another shower with toilet, a small kitchen and a 55 m2 attic room that still needs to be finished; accessible via a spiral staircase from the small hallway of the right WE.

Available by the end of February 25 at the latest or by arrangement. In the village there are 2 grocery stores, doctor, ice cream parlor in summer, post office and ATM.
